Motul SPECIFIC RBS0-2AE 0W20 Fully Synthetic Engine Oil is exclusively formulated to lubricate the latest generation of VOLVO “DRIVE-E” Gasoline (VEP) engines and Diesel (VEP) engines. Latest generation of VOLVO engines type VEA (4-cylinders), whether Petrol (VEP) or Diesel (VED) versions require a very specific lubricant because they are smaller and lighter. They provide way more efforts and run at increaded temperatures, while providing the same performance levels as the old engine generations they replace.
The standard VCC RBS0-2AE is particularly demanding on the performance of Fuel Economy and associated with the ACEA A1 / B1 standard for lubricants, MOTUL SPECIFIC RBS0-2AE 0W-20 provides significant energy saving performance (up to 3.4% compare to a 15W-40 reference oil).
